Fife Learn

Inspiring Business

Fife Learn focuses on the big issues that businesses are managing every day.  It lets them share their business expertise and learn from each other.  It helps current manager develop new strategies and it grows the capability of future decision makers.

It combines inspirational Master Classes presented by the country’s most successful companies, practical Workshops from Fife Chamber’s expert members and peer-to-peer knowledge share lunches.

It is an easy way to generate fresh ideas and broaden staff skills.

Be Part of Fife Learn

Our current Fife Learn programme is “The Customer Journey” and we are pleased to invite members to come forward to work with us.

You can join a Practitioner Panel, offer 1-1s to other members or present a Case Study.

If you are a Chamber member, if you have knowledge to pass on and if you can work collaboratively with other members, you can be part of Fife Learn.

  • everything you know about delivering outstanding customer service is potentially useful to another company: if you share it with them
  • with the new GDPR regulations due soon, others can learn from your relationship management and customer data processing systems: if you let them
  • what you do that makes you stand out from your competitors when it comes to finding and retaining customers is priceless information for someone: if you pass it on to them
  • your customer successes and failures are an opportunity for someone else to get it right: if you tell them.

Help someone else today and they will help you tomorrow.

Get in touch with Alan or Kelly if you want to take part.
